We’ll give you lots of handy ideas for incorporating mindfulness into your daily life
We’ll work through examples of more formal mindfulness practices
We’ll unpack some of the myths and misunderstandings about mindfulness
Our workshop will be filled with ideas and information, guided reflective exercises and opportunities to jump in and try mindfulness for yourself. You’ll be invited to share your experiences and perspectives if you feel comfortable, or if you prefer you can also just sit back and soak things up.
