Master Your Stress with Mindfulness Workshop

Keen to create a life that feels more connected, fulfilling and meaningful? Come along to our
mindfulness workshop
and find out how!

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or on autopilot? Do you sometimes (or often) feel like you were just “getting through”? Do your plans to slow down and take care of yourself end up falling by the wayside, being trumped by other “more important” things? You’re not alone. Stress tends to work like this.

If you’re looking for evidence-based, practical ways to combat stress, we’d love you to join us for our workshop, Master Your Stress with Mindfulness.

What to expect from our workshop:

Our workshop will be hands on and practical:

We’ll unpack what we actually mean by the term stress
We’ll explore how stress impacts your mind and body
We’ll discuss some of the most common responses to stress
and look at the ways that these behaviours keep the cycle of stress alive
We’ll walk through the key components of mindfulness
We’ll explore how you can master stress using mindfulness
We’ll discuss how stress can leave you feeling disconnected from what is
actually important to you and how mindfulness can help you to reconnect
We’ll give you lots of handy ideas for incorporating mindfulness into your daily life
We’ll work through examples of more formal mindfulness practices
We’ll unpack some of the myths and misunderstandings about mindfulness

Our workshop will be filled with ideas and information, guided reflective exercises and opportunities to jump in and try mindfulness for yourself. You’ll be invited to share your experiences and perspectives if you feel comfortable, or if you prefer you can also just sit back and soak things up.
